Terry Croft B.Ed., is a full time school teacher of Intellectually disabled Individuals with behavioral concerns. She has extensive experience in modifying behaviors to allow Individuals to overcome challenges and reach potential that even parents didn't know was there.

Terry and Kerry are also a foster parents to adolescents with intellectual and behavioral challenges.

Terry has shared her knowledge at seminars, symposiums, and presentations all over Alberta and B.C.., and has enjoyed seeing her unique approach to improving lives implemented successfully in a number of environments. She is also periodically a guest lecturer at the University of Alberta.

Kerry Croft B.Sc., is a self-employed businessman, a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Specialization in Psychology and the father of an adult child with Down Syndrome.

Kerry's experience with disabled Individuals is comprised of a combination of academics, research, and working with Special Needs children and adults as well as with his own child.

Kerry is responsible for the technical and business components of Transitions For You and it's parent company Croft Electronics Inc..
