Question: How often can I access a Transition Plan or Lifestyle/Service Plan once I sign up?
Answer: As often as you like
Question: How often can I print a plan once I've created or edited it?
Answer: As often as you like.
Question: How often can I regenerate a new document when changes are made?
Answer: As often as you like.
Question: I've lost my password. What should I do?
Answer: On the login page there is a link where you can have your password emailed to you. Just supply your email address.
Question: I manage more than one account but my username only accesses the same one over and over.
Answer: Change your user name for each account. For example: NancyDrewJB for Individual "Jack Black" and NancyDrewBA for "Bob Andrews".
Question: I keep trying to log in but it keeps rejecting me.
Answer: All login's are case sensitive so check your caps. If you've never logged in before, make sure your Master Administrator has make your account active.
Question: I want to buy a Lifestyle/Service plan. What do I do?
Answer: Use the contact form (at the contact link) to contact us, and we'll have someone contact you by email or telephone about costs and options.
Question: How do I use the prepaid access serial number you sent me?
Answer: Follow the link that says "Register Online Today" at the top right corner of the home page. The second red line on the pages says "If you have already purchased your prepaid account registration" and is followed by a link. Follow that link or the one by the green arrow. They go to the same page. Enter your special serial number (Cut and paste makes it easier) in the box that is labeled "Serial Number" and you are on your way.
Question: How does the pricing for a Lifestyle/Service plan work?
Answer: Your facilitator can provide you with pricing options.
Question: What features are included in the Lifestyle/Service planning module?
Answer: The full service plan, printing, daily incident reports, daily summary and year end summary reports.
